TikTok Affiliate Associate Call Centre & Customer Service – Hybrid.

We’re seeking a creative and community-driven Outreach Specialist to join our affiliate success team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about creator education, TikTok trends, and building meaningful relationships with affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with affiliates in the Affiliate portal; provide timely and helpful responses.
- Manage Euka messaging – apply A/B test messaging to different target audiences.
- Ensure that Euka is running as intended – No bots falling off or reaching maximum effort without being replaced.
- Approve/Reject Inbound Affiliates- Review new affiliate sign-ups, filter out low-quality applicants, and send approvals.
- Track Outreach Pipeline- Log new outreach attempts, follow-ups, and successful onboardings in your affiliate tracker.
- Reporting on affiliate outreach initiatives- Report on sampling efforts, FAQ’s, bot performance, and other affiliate initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable on camera (modern smartphones with decent video quality are sufficient).
- Fluent in spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Familiar with or willing to quickly learn Discord and its community tools.
- Understanding of the internet and North American creator culture.
- Able to use a VPN for global access to TikTok if needed. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with excellent follow-through.
- Experience as a creator or affiliate on TikTok Shop (nice to have).
- A background in community management or education (nice to have).
- Familiarity with short-form content analytics and trend forecasting (nice to have).
Willing to Learn:
- Discord community management basics.
- Effective TikTok content creation strategies.
- How to research viral video trends and break down content structures.
