Game Operations Specialist (Non Voice/Email or Chat Support)

  • Primary responsibility will be to support players in every aspect of a video game’s user experience. 
  • Game Operations Specialists utilize a variety of software tools to communicate with players and resolve issues related to gameplay, accounts, payments, bugs, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • With excellent English communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn Internet and website technologies and communicate with players/customers.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, using multiple tools and systems
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of internet, social media, and technical terminology is a plus
  • Must have experience in playing various Web3 games.
  • Must have knowledge regarding different crypto currencies and NFTs.
  • Experience in playing Maple Story PC is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work ONSITE on shifting schedules including night shift, weekends, and holidays
