Position Overview Work From Home

We’re seeking an independent, highly organized Customer Service Representative who thrives in a dynamic environment and can bring structure to chaos. This isn’t just a customer service role, you’ll be instrumental in building processes, documenting knowledge, and creating systems that scale with our client’s growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the owner to extract technical knowledge and transform it into clear, repeatable processes
  • Build and refine customer service workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Create comprehensive documentation for product knowledge, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Provide expert-level support to car enthusiasts and professional installers
  • Research and compile information from various sources to resolve complex customer issues
  • Handle escalated technical questions with confidence and accuracy
  • Manage customer interactions via HelpScout, Gmail, and Onset phone system
  • Automate and streamline social media customer responses
  • Ensure consistent, timely responses across all communication platforms
  • Set up and optimize workflows within communication tools
  • Implement automated response systems for social media platforms
  • Configure and optimize the Onset phone system for efficient call handling
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and better processes
  • Maintain organized records and data across multiple systems

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with HelpScout (or similar helpdesk platforms)
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn and configure phone systems (Onset or similar)
  • Comfort with social media platforms and automation tools
  • Strong data organization and research skills

Work Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time Position, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
